All bicycles are professionally tuned and tested before being packed in a heavy-duty bike box. Most models arrive 85% assembled; you will only need to attach the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel using the included tool kit.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or bicycles that have been ridden outdoors.
Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Omafiets bicycle comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on all original components against manufacturing defects.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all European Union countries and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
